This home has a craftsman type style along with many traditional features. The first feature you will notice is the Eldorado synthetic stone that is installed on the home. The homeowner selected the Rustic ledge color that matches well with the EFS finish which comes with an installed water management system that you need to have to prevent any mold or rotting wood on the framing of the house. These surfaces were installed by a certified stucco applicator to guarantee a correct installation. The home is 3600 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We only build homes on 16” centers to make sure that it is structurally as strong as it can be. The Barlett’s also had us to build a detached pool house that was completely wired and plumbed. The house sets in a wooded area on a large lot and has a lot of curb appeal.
